How are you looking after yourself while in lockdown?


Here are my 3 Tips for your self care during this uncertain time.

Tip 1 – Have gratitude for the opportunity of a new day, it is a beautiful gift which should not be taken for granted.

Tip 2 – Walk, stretch, dance, Pilates, yoga, whatever you feel in the mood for. Move your body and allow the energy within you to move

Tip 3 – Listen to some positive music, or a podcast get in the garden if you’re lucky to have one absorb some sun rays and sit back and reflect and rest and give thanks to the universe for mother earth.
